GETMSGD - Get Message Descriptions

Details

GETMSGD generates a CLP member with code to recreate all the messages in a message file. It's how I put the messages into the MAKEDBG, etc routines. Just four (or three if you already have DBG/400) source members, a CMD, CL and 2xRPG, make up the utility.
